Dr William is extremely gifted in his approach to treatment. He understood my concerns about getting the best treatment and my need to be active (as I enjoy walking and the occasional jog). He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with going forward with the operation.

I was extremely pleased with the result, experiencing no pain and 5 months after the operation I am, indeed, a very very happy patient. Follow up treatment was done with much care and attention.
