I was lucky enough to find a great doctor, Dr. William Murrell. He treats the patients as a whole, taking care of their physical, emotional and spiritual health. He has excellent communication skills, he is able to convey information to his patients clearly and simply in a way that means things are understood. He also listens to them to understand their problems. He offers information and recommendations but honors the preferences of his patients. He explained in detail what the problem is and what our options are. His personality and professionalism are much appreciated; he even gave me his personal phone number and email address just in case I had any concerns or problems.

It has been a great relief for me and my family and now I have no more concerns about my left shoulder. The details he gave me on what to expect was a relief and he answered every question I had in my mind. Dr.Murrell also has great staff and they deserve a big thank.

Dr William is extremely gifted in his approach to treatment. He understood my concerns about getting the best treatment and my need to be active (as I enjoy walking and the occasional jog). He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with going forward with the operation.

I was extremely pleased with the result, experiencing no pain and 5 months after the operation I am, indeed, a very very happy patient. Follow up treatment was done with much care and attention. Dr. Murrell has a calming personality that made our session to review my knee injury very pleasant. He had a ruler that had different faces with a variety of smiles and frowns that he uses to indicate how much of a discomfort your injury is, which was fun but also I find gives him another angle at assessing how one is feeling about their injury.
