Stephanie graduated in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut and then completed her Dietetic Internship Program at the Saint Georges Hospital Medical Center in Beirut in 2007. A member of The Lebanese Association of Nutrition and dietetics she founded her own clinic in 2008 ... Show More and specialized in treating patients for obesity, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, eating disorders, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular and renal diseases. In addition she has worked with athletes and fitness trainers in developing healthy eating programs. This has involved creating customized meals and detox packages for clients using HACCP principles. Stephanie is fluent in Arabic, French and English (Speaking, reading and writing).She also has a working knowledge of Spanish (DELE Superior Diploma) and Italian. Continual professional development allows her to keep abreast of current research including undertaking online courses in Nutrition and dietetics Mc Gill and University de Louvain.
