Dr.Shanthala completed her undergraduate medical schooling at Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore, Karnataka, India with distinction. She did her post-graduation from the prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, India. She was awarded the Jeevan Latha Memorial Medal for being the best ... Show More post-graduate student for that academic year. She worked in St.Martha’s Hospital, Bangalore and then with a charitable hospital also in Bangalore. After working for eight years for the Government of Karnataka in the ESI Hospital, she moved into full time private practice. She has been in private practice for over ten years. Her areas of special interest include high risk pregnancy, Infertility and Adolescent Gynaecology and Post-menopausal Care.
