I am a licensed therapist who has been in private practice for 10 years now. I work with adults struggling from a range of emotional and behavioral problems. I focus on all the range of psychological disorders including depression, anxiety, personality disorders and PTSD. Further, I received extensive training on working with eating disorders and addiction. My clinical expertise lies in working with individuals who have suffered from traumatizing experiences. I also conducts marital and couples therapy, assisting couples struggling in their relationship and communication. ​ I am an eclectic psychotherapist who draws from a client-centered and psychodynamic frameworks. I mainly integrates psychodynamic therapy, including object relations, with attachment based therapy. I believe that therapy should focus on drawing on the strength of the individual to help them overcome their difficulties. Empowering an individual to rewrite their story and overcome their past struggles is essential in reaching a level of inner peace and emotional growth.
