Dr Kinda Douaidari United Arab Emirates

Dr. Kinda is a French qualified Radiologist, specialized in Breast Imaging and Intervention from Paris V University Rene Descartes. After completion of subspeciality fellowship training in women imaging and intervention in Tenon University Hospital-Paris-France, she obtained her Breast Imaging Diploma. She has performed rotations in university hospitals in Paris from 2000 to 2004, received AFS, AFSA degrees from the University of Rene-Descartes, Paris-France. During her years of residency in France, Dr. Kinda worked on a fellowship program of Breast Cancer Early Detection in the Institute Curie, Paris - one of the most famous Cancer Research Centers in France. Dr. Douaidari received her Medical Degree from University of Aleppo, Syria in 1996 and received her Diagnostic Radiology postgraduate degree in 2000 from Damascus, Syria. She moved back to Aleppo in 2004 , and started working in her Private Center For Women Imaging, which was a center of reference for Breast cancer early detection and intervention in Syria. Dr. Kinda was the scientific director and one of the founders of the Terry Fox Project For Breast Cancer Screening in Aleppo (till the project was stopped in 2012). Dr. Douaidari is a pioneer in breast cancer early detection and breast interventional procedures in Syria. She is a nationally known speaker, having given numerous national and international conferences, with many articles and participations in the areas of breast imaging, intervention and awareness. She has lectured in the University Of Aleppo for Diplôme Universitaire Francophone De Sénologie Alep/ Syrie (2008-2011). Dr. Kinda headed back to France in 2012 - due to the tragic war in Syria - Where she practiced and received her new diploma of Breast and women Imaging in 2014 from University Paris V -France. She joined the HealthBay team in Dubai in November 2014. She is skilled in performing all types of Ultrasonography, thyroid FNA's and fetal monitoring, in addition to general CT and MRI exams. In addition to her skills in diagnostic radiology, Dr. Kinda is highly experienced in Breast Cancer Early Detection new modalities, tomosynthesis and MRI, as well as performing US guided biopsies, Stereotactic vacuum assisted biopsies and wire localizations. She is member of various international scientific societies.
