Dr. Akkach started his career at the Semmelweis Medical University, Budapest, Hungary, and graduated in 1986. He furthered his academic career by receiving the Diplomacy of the European Academy of Anesthesiology & Intensive Care. He then proceeded to the US where he obtained his American Board Certification in Internal Medicine & Paediatrics. Dr. Akkach is a member of the European Academy of Anesthesiology & Intensive Care, the American Academy of Internal Medicines and the American Academy of Paediatrics.
