Receiving her higher studies and skilled training in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Madras, India; She has gained expertise in Nutrition Therapy of Diabetes, Cardio Vascular disorders, Hypertension, Diabetes, PCOD, Thyroid diseases, Digestive tract abnormalities, Obesity... Show More and Weight Management. Prior to joining ICARE CLINICS, she obtained vast experience in renowned healthcare and fitness facilities as Senior Dietitian, E-Learning Nutrition Course Developer, Lecturer, Consultant Nutritionist and Team Leader. She has completed internships at Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, Chennai and Madras Medical Mission, Chennai, India. She was awarded Dr. Florence Theophilus Award for securing the highest ranks in Human Physiology, Food Microbiology and Community Nutrition at post graduate level. She has completed dissertations and presented papers at National Level on the Effect of a Metabolic Nutrition Weight Loss Program on Metabolic Syndrome and Effect of Probiotics on Increasing the Lifetime of Immune Suppressed Individuals. She has also actively participated in several community welfare programs and NGO projects in the Tsunami Affected Areas of South India.
