James has also undertaken ex... Show More tensive postgraduate training in acupuncture, rehabilitation, proprioceptive medicine (diagnostic muscle testing) and pregnancy care. He adopts a multidisciplinary and preventative approach tailored to suit the individual needs of each patient. James explains, “Chiropractic was a natural career choice for me to pursue. I have always been interested in sports, health and exercise. From practising and teaching yoga for over 10 years, I realised early that good posture and movement are fundamenal to our overall health. If we do not have proper alignment and balance the musculoskeletal system is vulnerable to injury and the way in which the body compensates afterwards.” He continues, “Everyone can benefit from the functional improvements that good chiropractic care can bring, not only in terms of recovering and preventing injury but enhancing the way you look, feel and move for the rest of your life.” James has worked in chiropractic clinics in London and his home town of Belfast in Northern Ireland, prior to moving to Dubai to join the California Chiropractic & Sports Medicine Center.
