Dr Jaco is the proud owner of The Dental Studio in Dubai and he is an award winning Cosmetic Dentist. Dr Jaco hasn’t always been a dentist in Dubai. Born in South Africa, Dr Jaco studied at the University of Stellenbosch and then moved to the UK to work in London. After 10 years in the cool climate, Dr Jaco came to Dubai and started his own clinic in 2003. During that time he also worked as the preferred dentist for the royal family in Bahrain. He longed to change the way people viewed their dentist and he has successfully treated dental phobic patients from all over the world. His vision has awarded The Dental Studio with many accolades including The Lloyds TSB small business service award and also the MENA CAPP aesthetic dentistry awards every year since it started. The Dental Studio has also been inducted to The Leading Dental Centers of the World and is the only Dental Phobia registered dentist in Dubai. He is dedicated to his patients care, and has a real passion for dentistry. Dr Jaco is also the founder of Cleanition, a company dedicated to improve oral health and the treatment of halitosis especially in children. Dr Jaco enjoys balance in all areas of his life. He is a father of 3 boys and enjoys family life. He is a keen golfer and on his days off can also be found playing cricket with his sons. Family comes first, Dr Jaco is also learning French as a third language and loves skiing in the French Alps.
