Dr Omaima is a very approachable and empathetic Doctor. Having our first baby in Dubai and being from the UK, it was very important to find a pediatrician and medical centre that made us feel not too far from the home methods.

Our son was ill a few times in the first year which is common, and Dr Omaima was excellent in understanding our concerns and giving us confidence in our abilities as new parents. I called her on her mobile when I had concerns. Nothing was too much trouble which is what you need with a young baby. She was also calm, gentle but direct when examining our son as not to cause undue stress.
