She diagnosed my problem in seconds, talked me through everything calmly, gave me recommendations - she called me twice within a few days after the appointment to check up on how I was doing - then fitted me in before official practice hours for a follow-up appointment to make sure she saw me at the right time...

She's got a fantastic manner - she's straight-talking, but makes you feel 100% at ease - I really couldn't recommend her highly enough!
