I went to Miffy as I had a lot of lower back pain which seemed to worsen any time I exercised. Miffy explained my pain was originating from poor muscle strength in my lower back and legs.
I had five sessions with Miffy to strengthen those muscles. However on Miffy's suggestion, I also had my running gait analysed in their clinic and it was found that my shoes were part of the reason for my pain! Miffy advised which brands/models were suited to my feet and can't tell you the benefit I felt finally wearing the correct footwear!
