I have completely transformed my cooking capacity and have even started to enjoy preparing good, nutritious food. I now appreciate the impact that skipping meals had on how I coped with stress and the demands of my everyday life, especially work. This has been an education for me and has been easy enough to make small changes which have a big impact with Robin’s guidance.
