We were recommended to see Dr Butterworth from the Sir Stamford Hotel. He saw us for our initial trouble, and had the most lovely, kind, gentle, proper doctors' manner we have ever come across. He really listened and we wish all doctors learnt how to treat patients the way he did to us. I wish he was in my State, because I would go to him in a heart-beat, you lucky Sydney people x
