Dr Andrea graduated in Italy and then moved to the UK where he worked for 10 years becoming a Fellow of the Royal Collego of Ophthalmologists in London and entering the Residency program at Moorfields Eye Hospital London where also underwent Advanced Subspecialist Training in Cataract, Corneal Grafting and Oculoplastics. Dr Andrea has worked for almost 8 years at Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai as the Director of the Oculoplastics Department when the Hospital first set up premises in the UAE. He is an expert in complex lid and tear passages problems and ensures up to date treatments supported based evidence medicine.
